Most booths are an iPad on a stick with a ring light and a prayer. Ours is a real camera on real studio lighting, run by an attendant who stays the whole time, fixes the boa situation, and keeps the line moving.

Every template is designed for your event before we load the van. Your names, your colors, your logo. That is included, not an add-on.

What is the difference between Legacy OG and The Headliner?

Legacy OG is our original DSLR booth. Crisp, clean, perfect for weddings, birthdays, and events that want a killer photo experience. The Headliner is the premium mirrorless setup: editorial lighting, AI enhancement, animated overlays, instant sharing, full red-carpet vibe. If the booth is part of your aesthetic, you want The Headliner.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you have a date. Spring weddings, fall events, and holiday parties book out fast. We would rather tell you we are available than have to tell you we are not.

What is included in the price?

Delivery, setup, a dedicated on-site attendant, custom print template, studio lighting, unlimited prints for your booked time, and breakdown. You don't touch a thing.

Do you travel outside the Hill Country?

Sometimes, but the Hill Country is the point. Staying close is why we can give your event a full day instead of a drive with a booth attached, and why we can be there early enough to fix a problem before your guests ever see it. Further out we quote case by case, and we are more likely to say yes if we are already in the area for a wedding.

Can you brand the prints for a corporate event?

One hundred percent. Every template is custom designed for your event: your logo, brand colors, messaging, whatever you need. That is included, not an add-on.

How do guests get their digital copies?

Instant SMS and email sharing is built into The Headliner. A digital gallery is delivered for all events within 48 hours of the event end.

What holds the date?

A signed agreement and a 50% retainer. The balance is due before the event. Dates are not held on a handshake, and we say that so nobody loses one.
